dancerjodiThe buyers of our house were at Ken's office waiting for him today. They had the P&S from our lawyer, were cool with his changes, and signed it. Our lawyer is heading over to meet Ken and give him the P&S to sign for the house we're buying.
So good ole Ken is coming out to our house tonight on his way home (he lives in Wayland, 1 town over) to have us sign. Man that's a relief!
Next step: planning the move. We'll be po' after pulling this one off so I don't think we'll be able to hire movers for everything. I'm thinking we may end up renting 2 uhauls and keeping them for 2 days. Hopefully we could swing the cash to pay movers to move the big stuff into and out of the Uhauls. I'm passing that research off to Brian ;)
