dancerjodiKen isn't being the best realtor in the world lately - he hasn't been answering questions we've had. This didn't happen the last time, but perhaps its because the process the last time was comparatively easy, or because we had more support from the bank (who called to check in on things pretty often).
I'll spare you all the details. In sum: I was concerned about how we'd get the $ from the Framingham Sale in a form to give at the Waltham Purchase. I asked Ken about this on May 20 and Brian pulled the answer out of him today - looks like more running around and more legal bills on our part.
On a funny note - here's a post from a friend of a friend of a friend (or something). The title of the friend's post was "it takes a woman":
