dancerjodiHaving not looked at a computer from the time I left work at 4:00 on Friday, I missed an e-mail to hang out with my brother, damn. We haven't chilled in a while.
We missed a party on Saturday night because we were at our afternoon event longer than planned (sounds like I missed a good one). We missed a cook-out this afternoon because building a bunny house (the poor things have been in a teeny cage for a month - we need to do this) took longer than planned. I haven't eaten anything since 10 AM, yeah - 10 hours. My stomach isn't happy with me.
There really needs to be more time in the day :)
At least I got our laundry done (at my parent's house still which sucks, but its clean) and finished sewing gold trim down one side of the Padme pants. One more side to sew down, blech! I have to alter the coat to put the belt in appropriately (its outside the coat in back, inside the coat in front). I also need to make a better belt and (finally) paint the flourescent orange part of my toy blaster silver.
I'm just glad that these are my concerns - a hungry tummy and missed social plans. Getting back into the swing of things come September for school will be tough :)
PS - there is a documentary coming out next week about broadway musicals. I know Brian would hate this, would anyone be interested in seeing it? Here's the url:

I also learned of a theater group doing A Clockwork Orange accompanied by music from the Dresden Dolls . . . I'd really like to go see this too: http://www.companyone.org/
