Its still looking like the Lost Boys http://www.thelostboysonline.com/home.html won't be at DragonCon this year. Damn, they are really entertaining! At least their music is available online for sale now. I need to pick up their two CDs :)
Vanity Fair was a pretty but dumb movie (like, they cut major parts out of it or something, despite it being really long). Wait for it to come out for rental :)
I'm feeling guilty for not getting a lot of sewing done so far this week. I really need to kick butt on this weekend and finish Brian's Aragorn, finish altering my Padme, and start packing things. Damn! I still need to buy elf ears. Heh :)

What didn't make sense was, why did she have such nice clothes? I know after a while she was using credit to the max just to keep up appearances . . . but even from the beginning of the movie she had some very nice dresses that the daughter of an artist and Monmarte Opera singer wouldn't have been able to afford.
Anyway, it was a pretty movie (which was all I was looking for). Her hubby wasn't a sore sight for the eyes either - I was so mad at her for cheating on him (whether it really happened or not).

"But I was annoyed at the other guy. I don't thin she cheated on him and he never stipulated that she had to sleep with him when he was paying her bills. :p"
Apparently Vanity Fair was based on a book and A LOT of the book was left out of the movie (according to the people sitting next to us). She seemed to indicate that the woman *was* putting out. Remember she said "I loved you in *my* way" as he walked out of the house? I sort of want to read the book now to make sense of the whole thing. The movie had a lot of potential. . .there were just too many plot holes and some overacting. Still, I think that Reese Witherspoon did a great job portraying a cocky scene climber :)

That was some amazing cleavage she had there. And the hair too. *Drool*
