Tea for Two, and Two for Tea

(quick, name that musical!)
I'm sitting with tea, trying to get motivated. I have a billion things to do, you'd think it wouldn't be so hard. Normally I limit myself to 1 cup of a caffeine thing except for these days that I can't get motivated. Tea helps me center myself and get back to work.
Brian, that group I was looking for that I think my Dad would like is the Transiberian Orchestra http://www.trans-siberian.com/index-main.php . Has anyone heard more of these guys than the stuff they play on radio ads? I think I'd probably like them quite a bit. I think my Dad would too (and would like to get him some CDs for Christmas by them).
Bills are paid and I'll have $ left over for North Conway, whoot! Here's hoping I can knock a lot of stuff off of my list :)
I'm going to start on my mid-term while I sit at Saturn waiting for my car from the oil change tonight. It will be just me, my notebook, my thoughts, some bad talk show on the TV (most likely) and a few other customers sitting there in their own little worlds (periodically looking up at the floor model cars and thinking "hmm, I wonder if I should get one of those for the next one"). Saturn rocks my "its not sexy, but its safe and it runs" automotive world. Now if only I had one of these: http://www.pjsautoworld.com/1970cars/1979chevymontecarlo.html
God that's so sexy! Its not the right color and the tire needs some air . . . but its sexy.

Re: My Monte
Date: 2004-10-15 07:47 am (UTC)What sort of power do you want out of it?
I have a nice 454 pushing about 445hp...

Date: 2004-10-15 10:05 am (UTC)I'm not picky really :) Something with more pickup than my Saturn (so that's not too hard to do!).

Date: 2004-10-15 10:56 am (UTC)Already found a 79 in solid shape, has a 305 in it.
I'd swap the motor and transmission for some HP.
