Either that or lunch is a totally different situation than dinner.

We went here http://www.boston.com/dining/restaurant/1112 and I was really disappointed. This is tough, because I'm not very picky when it comes to food. The menu was uninteresting (offering the same generic Italian food you'd see anywhere), the soup had no flavor, and the chicken masala (the most "exotic" thing on the menu) had no flavor above the wine. Blech! Even the after dinner 'mints' were disappointing . . . they were black licorice flavor (and while I like anise flavored cookies, I don't like black licorice).

Ah well. At least I didn't have to pay for it (2 of our doctors treated our group out of their pockets, very sweet of them).

I am pretty sure we ate here once; the realtor who sold Dave's house in Lynn gave us a gift certificate. I think she works there. Did they have a walk-in wine cellar at the back?

We went there for dinner and it was pretty good.

Yep, that's the place.

I've got to imagine the dinner is something different (because I've only heard very good things about this place). It was definitely crowded (filled to capacity).
