WORKOUTS:
I did my first upper body weight workout yesterday in - I can't remember how long. It felt good. It also felt weird seeing the weights at such low numbers compared to where they used to be. Still, it felt good. :) I followed with 40 minutes on the Elliptical machine while reading "O" magazine. What can I say, it was the one on top of the free magazine pile. Its basically a massively thick self-help thing that seems to lean in the traditional psychoanalytic (aka Freud's methods not just 'counseling') which was kind of odd. I forget that people still swear by that stuff. Freud was a fascinating writer. I still think he was full of shit though. Back on the gym note, I'll use the thigh machines tonight (inner and outer) giving my arms and shoulders a chance to recuperate and then follow with more cardio.
MUSIC:
I'm not sure what we'll do tonight. Poor Brian has had the on call week from hell and hasn't slept much at all since last Friday. We need to be close to the cage where the servers live and on an internet connection (which the Sky Bar is definitively not). We shall figure it all out tonight! Also on the music note, I got paid today and apparently Alice Cooper came out with a new album this week. I must check that out!
WORK:
Busy work today - I have to pull a rabbit out of my ass (essentially) for tomorrow morning's meeting. Its too bad I keep forgetting to bring in good working music, but at least I've got my radio, yo!
(Where is this mood coming from? Shit? Ass? Yo? "We've replaced Jodi's regular flavored instant coffee with some crack. Lets see if she notices!")
