Waltham will be opening for this: http://www.plymouthhall.com/springfield.html Apparently Rick's web guy is a big Waltham fan. You have to admit though cheezy, this show is perfect. :) I'm going to go to this show, because I think it would be quite the experience.
The Milly's show was a lot of fun and I like the venue quite a bit http://www.millystavern.com/ . Here's hoping more bands play there that I'd like to see (there were Forever's Fallen Grace and Angry Hill stickers on their window, 2 bands I know I'd love to see again). It was nice chatting with people this time around (WAY less crowded than the MA release party). I also learned that Karen and Frank got engaged back in December (and heard the schmoopy way he did it too). Schmoop! Unfortunately Brian and I had to cut out early so he could get to work at around 1:30 AM to move servers around.
After very little sleep we headed to the White Mountains early yesterday morning to visit http://www.flumegorge.com/, spend some time hanging out on the Pemi River and checking out the shops in Woodstock. We drove across the Kanc to explore North Conway a bit but I don't know - its kind of lost its appeal with us. Unless we have a long list of things to search for in the outlet stores there isn't too much to do there that we haven't done before. It was much hotter and congested than on the other side of the Kanc in Lincoln. What I'd give to feel that cool moist air in the middle of the Flume Gorge! At least though, we found one of those Alton Brown style plunger measuring cups in the Revere store. :)
Have a great week all. I can't believe its already 8/8!
