I went to pilates yesterday, go me! This was my 2nd class with this teacher and I definitely like how she mixes up some of the workout and teaches in such a way that people of various levels can find it challenging. I wish she taught yoga at a time that worked for me. Ballet class tonight; got to keep that body moving!

After dinner and some reading while Brian pondered things with the RCN rep (it seems the modem is fine - its our router that was fried with the power surge) we went out to Joanne's so that he could grab some supplies for the Boba Fett costume that's in progress. They already have the halloween stuff out! I have to say, I can't wait for the fall to be here. We headed down the street for some tea, magazine browsing and conversation at the Barnes and Noble.

Its been an introspective week on many fronts (more for him than me). I'm along for the ride given that we spend a lot of time together and being around that kind of thing definitely makes me thoughtful. I've also found myself having less patience for other people's shit on various fronts. I've always found the start of the fall a good time for making changes, I think all of that time being in school makes me bristle at the thought of a new academic year. This will be the first semester I'm NOT starting classes in a very long time. I'm looking forward to making the most of my free time at my most favorite time of the year!

And how exciting is it that it won't be disgustingly hot up at the studio tonight?!? I'm really looking forward to dancing and not melting~lol. :)

This past year has been about change. Who we are? What we want? What is it we are looking for in life? And now with the seasons changing some may find the road they travel vastly seperate from the roads they journeyed on yesterday.

I love the fall, the earth prepares to sleep and renew. I look forward to evening with a book, some tea or hot chocolate the smell of leaves and the quiet company of friends.

I hope you get to enjoy this season and the freedom you so deserve.

Woo hoo! I love fall. Falling leaves, cozy sweaters, and baking pies.
