Its weird, I miss going dancing and seeing friends and such, but the demise of that club kind of killed my desire to do the clubbing thing. I'm not saying I'll never do it, but I just don't have that drive I used to.

It's the lack of anything similar that's killed my drive.
I don't necessarily want to go sit in a small place, where I don't think I can dance. Ceremony has lost it's appeal for that reason (plus noone I like goes very often. It became a place where strange children looked at me funny.) I really liked the night at Machine last week, because the floor was a comfy dance space.

I spent some nights at Toast with C's nights and it just was a place to chill, IMHO, I know others are able to dance there. it's too dark for me. I want to be able to sit in a, any, corner, have a drink, watch the people, and dance if the mood takes me.

I'm SO looking forward to the Haven Cruxshadows show, so I can do just that. I need to explore some of the other dancy venues. But otherwise I'm FAR more content to stay home with my Anime boyfriends and L&O. *grins* That's a BIT sad, but for now it'll do.
