I'm going to check them out today and possibly schedule a time to have that put in (with a CD player). Some poking online shows 3 diff ranges: 1000 feet, 1400 feet and 2000 feet. I have no clue what the price differential is for these guys, but, if you have a remote starter:
-Do you have any brand suggestions (to get or avoid)?
-Do you have any range suggestions?
I have no clue how many feet it is from my office to my car but I'm guessing the 1000 would do it. I'm just so bad at judging distances visually though!

Its definitely decadent and I always said I'd never do this, but I plan on having the car around for a long time and have the unexpected $ to do it, so why not!
Thanks for the wireless tips. That all makes a lot of sense. These things cost A LOT of money, so its all a matter of how much I'm willing to spend (spending $20 on myself is a huge deal, never mind this much)!
