I'm a very lucky gal.

Is B. actually resting his head on the cat. Most animals (including humans) I know take exception to having the weight of my enormous melon on them.

Yep! When Max is all stretched out and in an affectionate mood he doesn't seem to mind. They lay there long enough for me to go in the other room, get the camera and snap a couple of pictures (the one where Max's eyes look all weird is when he gave the the "get that damn flash out of my face, human!" reaction).
