dancerjodiWhat a crazy Sunday. The parade was fun but man, was it freakin' cold! A very drunk woman punched me square in the face (!) but thankfully the mask kept her from actually hitting me and also thankfully the fiberglass in the mask though thin was thick enough that it didn't get damaged from the hit. Geesh!
We had a nice dinner at http://www.luckyslounge.com/ after the parade. I loved the vibe of the place, and would love to check out their Sinatra Sunday sometime! I never would have found it on my own, given the lack of a sign on the nondescript brick building that it resides in the basement of.
Pictures will go here as they are updated http://501neg.com/photos/thumbnails.php?album=672 . I'm sure there will be a ton of them, and they'll take a few days to get up there. I was in my female tusken and Brian was Boba (EJ was the TK with the flourescent painted orange and green arms).

Date: 2007-03-19 06:14 pm (UTC)I was really afraid Brian was going to get parts ripped off his jet pack. People were very roughly throwing their arms around him for photos, and he was quite the little photo-whore. :)
My favorite was the 30 year old woman who pitched a fit about how freaking scary the TKs were and how we had to get the hell out of there and away from her. Scott asked her what she was talking about, and she only continued to rant and rave like a mad-woman.
