The Waltham Watch Factory is changing with the times:

My grandparents met there (working for the factory) and my Dad's old print shop was in there. It will be nice to see the place have new life.

That sounds like a really cool project. I'd be interested to see their plans for the apartments, but my guess (hope?) is by the time they complete the apartments we'll be looking for (or in) an ownership opportunity. Very cool :)

95 apartments seems like a lot of traffic on that road, especially since it backs up already due the school.
