dancerjodiWe caught Nightmare Before Christmas 3D last night. Wow! Its not Halloween season until we've seen it and the last time I saw it in a theater was when it opened. It was a very fun night and the company was great.
The movie was early enough that we had time to get the front door done when we gone home (doorbell in, new curtain rods, new wreath). It looks awesome! No more annoying bright blue door! Pics to share when I upload them later. I have a ton of things I need to photograph and upload that I'll get to at some point later this week.
I spent some time sitting and reading yesterday for the first time in a while (I'm not counting the local paper here). Brian's read through the Dresden Files books and I'm more than halfway through the first one. I'm bummed the show doesn't seem to have been renewed.

Date: 2007-10-23 06:01 pm (UTC)but yeah, i think as you get further in, you'll see that the tv show in the format it was in just couldn't continue.
that said, since i saw the show first, i see harry as portrayed in the show when i'm reading the books. i just need to read the last one... the one that's only out in hardcover, then i'm out until he writes something new.
