While cool.. I hope they don't get bit by what many people have in past by things like E.M.

Not sure of full details, but people due to gains in value of home have had been hit was some major tax bills and actually had to sell and move what they just had received. (Cap Gains? prop Tax.. I can't remember)

Don't feel bad, I somehow managed to twist my ankle on Saturday while shoveling. On flat ground, wearing boots. I have no idea how that happened. :/
