I signed up on http://www.sparkpeople.com/myspark/mysparkstart.asp and found their free app for my iPhone. It tracks food, workouts *and* weight, and tells you what's left for the day according to your own specified goal (calories left to eat, calories left that you should burn) - not bad.
I want to lose about 5-7 pounds, basically what I've gained back and that is annoying me, and making clothes not fit right. I need to get hitting the iron again too. One thing at a time . . .
