The buyers of our house were at Ken's office waiting for him today. They had the P&S from our lawyer, were cool with his changes, and signed it. Our lawyer is heading over to meet Ken and give him the P&S to sign for the house we're buying.

So good ole Ken is coming out to our house tonight on his way home (he lives in Wayland, 1 town over) to have us sign. Man that's a relief!

Next step: planning the move. We'll be po' after pulling this one off so I don't think we'll be able to hire movers for everything. I'm thinking we may end up renting 2 uhauls and keeping them for 2 days. Hopefully we could swing the cash to pay movers to move the big stuff into and out of the Uhauls. I'm passing that research off to Brian ;)

Yep, and I printed it in case my connection at home is being flakey :)

I'm hoping we can pull off paying movers to do the big stuff - boxes are easy and I don't think would take too long to move. We'll be getting rid of a bunch of stuff that will make it all a bit easier (and having 2 months to pack also, means I'll be able to be super anal organized about it).

And then we can walk over to my parents house and go swimming (rather than driving over from Framingham, like we did last time). ;)
