It's the lack of anything similar that's killed my drive. I don't necessarily want to go sit in a small place, where I don't think I can dance. Ceremony has lost it's appeal for that reason (plus noone I like goes very often. It became a place where strange children looked at me funny.) I really liked the night at Machine last week, because the floor was a comfy dance space.
I spent some nights at Toast with C's nights and it just was a place to chill, IMHO, I know others are able to dance there. it's too dark for me. I want to be able to sit in a, any, corner, have a drink, watch the people, and dance if the mood takes me.
I'm SO looking forward to the Haven Cruxshadows show, so I can do just that. I need to explore some of the other dancy venues. But otherwise I'm FAR more content to stay home with my Anime boyfriends and L&O. *grins* That's a BIT sad, but for now it'll do.
