The Hannaford Breach methods are creepy (see below). We do our grocery shopping there and were alerted by our bank to watch out for issues (they are going to also). Thankfully they aren't canceling cards (what a pain that was when we went through that with the TJX fiasco, and the Boston Globe fiasco). We're generally on top of what's going on every couple of days, so I'll just have to keep diligent.

Brian and I had an amazing (and cheap) dinner here last night. I've driven by this place so many times - it just doesn't look like the kind of place you'd want to eat. Our dinner came to $15 with 2 meals, 2 drinks and tax!

An article http://www.latimes.com/business/la-fi-natural14mar14,1,2473323,full.story on carcinogenic chemicals in some 'green' products - this kind of thing is why I'm happy that we're using more homemade things around the house, knowing what's gone into them. I still haven't found a good daily moisturizer with SPF without breaking the bank (I haven't done enough reading to know if the protection that my mineral makeup is offering is enough for me). Its out there, I know I'll find it!
National Grid (who owns Keyspan) wants to hike gas rates. Awesome. At least the suggested fees don't match what oil heating homes have been paying.
Johnson Drug is doing away with its prescriptions http://www.dailynewstribune.com/homepage/x182935295. This is inline with their more holistic approach to medicine that it seems they've taken over the last 10 years or so. They used to be downstairs from the dance studio (probably their second location) until they moved further down Main toward Watertown in the old Pioneer Financial Bank building (I had a passbook savings account there).
