dancerjodiI just called a realtor about a listing that I saw in Waltham - its a good price, nice area, lots of land for Waltham (.3 acre) and its a STONE house that has a fireplace, 3 season porch, garage, finished basement AND a hot tub.
The price went down and its been on the market for 2 months because the people that looked at it didn't like the fact that its RIGHT next to Rt. 95. I'm going to drive by this afternoon and see what things look like from the outside and if there aren't any major issues I'll be calling to schedule a time to see the inside with the realtor.
I'm not going to get too excited about things since anything could happen (who knows, there could be serious flood or termite damage in it) but its exciting all the same.
